Code of Ethics
Most events MRM Pictures attend will take place in a
public area. The individual acknowledges this fact when entering the
event and can expect, at the least, photographs in a professional
capacity to be captured. MRM Pictures will take all reasonable
precautions to protect individuals images being used in an
inappropriate context.
MRM Pictures has a duty of care to safeguard all children from harm
and to the best of MRM Pictures ability promote the safety and protection
of all children at any event MRM Pictures attends.
All photographers employed by MRM Pictures will abide to these Code of
Ethics of Conduct:
- Photographers shall not attend to photograph
a
children’s specified event without an agreement with the event
organisers.
- Photographers shall not attend an event on
private
property without an agreement with the event organisers.
- Photographers shall conduct themselves in an
appropriate and professional manor at all times.
- Photographers shall never have unsupervised
access
to young children.
All images captured by MRM Pictures must ensure:
- All children photographed must be
appropriately
dressed for the sport in which they are participating.
- That no photographs are taken where a
competitor
removes any clothing that must be worn while participating.
- All photographs are in good taste.
If any individual who's image appears on this web
site wishes their images be removed, please contact us and the
specified images will be removed immediately.

specified image will be removed immediately.
